Speedy deletion nomination of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Philippines-International

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because you are clearly not here to contribute to the encyclopaedia. You were told in October 2013 that creating another unsuitable page would be likely to lead to your being blocked without further warning, but you have gone ahead and yet again re-created the article which you have repeatedly created under several titles, despite knowing full well that a deletion discussion had concluded that the article was unsuitable. What is more, I see that every one of your edits has been either promotion of your organisation or else outright vandalism.
