Kansas City, the city that borders both Kansas and Missouri. Hence, CityKanMiss...but I wouldn't recommend just passing it by.

Hello, my name is Victoria and after traveling the 48 contiguous states for 20 years, I'm glad to be back near my family in Topeka.

Kansas City is an amazing city because of its density of woods. I consider it to be the best of the city and country because the wooded hills are typically more pronounced than the rooftops of our houses.

I live in Argentine, a working class neighborhood, which was originally a town and eventually annexed by Kansas City, Kansas. Argentine, also once known as Silver City, borders the Santa Fe railyards, and once upon a time, the infamous stockyards.

Both sides of my family are from Northeastern Kansas, farm families, of course, that eventually migrated to the larger towns or cities.

After World War II, my father, left the family farm near Oskaloosa to attended University of Kansas (KU) in Lawrence.
