Hi Civ,

I've undone your edit here, which added a non-free image to the article. In brief, a non-free image is one that is copyrighted (i.e. not in the public domain) and not released under a free licence; by default, that includes almost all images on the internet. Wikipedia's policies allow non-free images and other media in certain limited situations under the American doctrine of fair use; the image you added to the article meets Wikipedia's policies for use in the Laurence Decore article, but not in the 1993 Alberta general election article.
