Your edits to Hutton Gibson re: Jeopardy![edit]

Thank you for editing the Hutton Gibson article. The reference you provided does not support the assertion that Hutton Gibson was a Jeopardy! champion in 1968. If you do not provide a reliable source—and I am afraid that interviews with any Gibson family member cannot be considered reliable sources in this matter—I will revert your changes to this section of the article in a few days. Thanks for helping to edit the article. Robert K S 11:42, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Me again. I'm searching for sources to indicate Hutton Gibson's appearances on Big Nine and Ford Superquiz on Australian television, as per your edit here. Can you assist in tracking this down? Robert K S (talk) 22:29, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mel Gibson[edit]

You didn't like those edits by Kingstowngalway (talk · contribs)? Actually Anglophobe should be capitalized, it is a proper noun, like saying Black as a person, European, etc. IP4240207xx 03:57, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the purpose of the verify source tags is coming through. I'm asking for a link to the February 2004 Primetime" transcript itself, since the first reference not only covers the reference to going to heaven, which the reference at agapepress.org you added does cover, but the transcript is also the source for the statement "Despite this problem, Gibson gained a reputation in Hollywood for professionalism and punctuality, so that Lethal Weapon 2 director Richard Donner was shocked when Gibson confided that he was drinking five pints of beer for breakfast." The other reference you added earlier, which seems to be the the exact quote from the show, has no attribution at all, just what I assume to be from the transcript, so a source is needed for the quotes. The agapepress.org ref is great and it does support the first part. Hope that clarifies what I'm asking. Wildhartlivie (talk) 05:04, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling of Mel Gibson's middle name[edit]

I have corrected the spelling of Gibson's middle name from Columcille to Colm-Cille. Mel Gibson's full legal name is "Mel Colm-Cille Gerald Gibson," as supported by the divorce papers filed by his wife's lawyer [1] and the response by Mel Gibson's attorney: [2] Claisen (talk) 16:05, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stephen McEveety reference note[edit]

Hello Claisen, when you added the reference section, you placed a note saying . I am about to remove it as the reference section needs improvement and I think this note discourages additions. Although you do not appear to be editing actively at this time, should you return I welcome discussing it with you. Al Leluia81 (talk) 21:02, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
