Thanks for adding to John Burnside (inventor) :) -- SatyrTN (talk / contribs) 21:08, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings. Your recent addition of personal memories of conversations with Harry Hay, while obviously of great importance to you personally, are not appropriate for inclusion in Wikipedia. Wikipedia requires that material be sourced to reliable third party sources and your conversation with Hay does not meet this standard for inclusion. Eddie's Teddy (talk) 22:15, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, your personal opinions may not be helpful but direct quotes from Hay from RfD might be helpful. Get the publication in hand and visit WP:Citation templates to see which reference form would be best. Post te whole thing to the talkpage and simply offer it up to where you think the quote may help in the article. You may get ignored or a response, if no one responds look to adding it yourself. -- Banjeboi 08:00, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:HarryHaySept2000.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. File:File-HarryHaySept2000.JPG listed for deletion[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:File-HarryHaySept2000.JPG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Envirotecture, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. -Crossroads- (talk) 15:48, 12 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
