Proposed deletion of Simon Beale

This person doesn't seem to be the general notability guideline. None of the references are independent, and I couldn't find any independent sources online.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

The templates don't say it, so I'll say it myself: edits like this are not acceptable. You're allowed to think whatever you want about pronouns and gender identity, but co-opting article talk pages to make off-topic posts with your personal musings unrelated to improving the article is disruptive and unnecessary, and is disrespectful to members of the Wikipedia community who identify as non-binary or transgender. The title of your heading could also be interpreted as a personal attack, which is not allowed on Wikipedia.
