Orphaned non-free media (File:CustomInk_logo.jpg)[edit]

Re. File:CustomInk_logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia.

{{helpme}} I am trying to use this in the article I created CustomInk. It was a draft before but I just moved it to be live. I have persmission to use the logo, and am trying to get it placed back in. Thanks!

The article was not previously live. I just made it live, CustomInk. Can this be added back now? I have permission to upload it, just can't figure out how to do this on this site without it being taken down. Colleenaoreilly (talk) 16:46, 15 June 2010 (UTC)Colleenaoreilly[reply]

Yep, Ok - removed the deletion thingy. Cheers,  Chzz  ►  18:51, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) Yes, you can re-add it, though in this case i just did it for you. This is one of those bureaucratic tangles related to the usage of content that is used under a non free license - It does not allow the usage of Logo's outside the main article space (So they cannot be added on userspace drafts) while there is also the requirement that the content is actually used. It should be a-ok now, since the article is no longer a draft. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 18:53, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
And I just tidied up this talk page a bit, to get rid of those now-unnecessary messages, etc.  Chzz  ►  19:06, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
