February 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Meters. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Tremadog because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Meters (talk) 07:34, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I wasn't sure if I should have done it, so I went ahead. Thank you for reverting it. Conboy456 (talk) 15:19, 15 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Problematic edits[edit]

Your entire editing history shows nothing but unconstructive and disruptive edits, some bordering on vandalism. Please refrain from joke edits, edits with false edit summaries and similar antics in the future, or your account may be blocked. Thank you. --Saddhiyama (talk) 15:33, 15 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for doing nothing but vandalism and screwing around. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Floquenbeam (talk) 03:52, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

If you are referring to the cookies, I was just trying to spread the good will of wikilove. But for any other reason, I probably deserved it. Conboy456 (talk) 04:00, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Glad that we can agree. Kuru (talk) 13:05, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Before anyone considers lifting this block I suggest that they first look at the evidence I have placed in User:Meters/69.133.38.233. Meters (talk) 04:45, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but I have no idea how this is related to my clause. I would also like to point out that my router is set up in such a way that

  1. all computers are linked to the same IP address
  2. the router has protection issues where, even though there is a passcode AND safeguards, the wireless connection can be accessed without said passcode.

so the hvk attacks could have been anyone. Conboy456 (talk) 05:09, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No, not if they appear here with your name attached. IP addresses can be common to machines on a net, but the signing-in cookie is on your machine not the router. If your name did it, your machine did it - which means either you did it, or someone on your machine did it. And if someone else did it, that means you've left your machine in an accessible state or someone else knows your password. The first is very inadvisable where anyone else has access to your belongings - and you must know who that is. The second means the account is compromised and can't be unblocked. Using a common IP only comes in where different names have been editing. Peridon (talk) 13:24, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I still don't understand why I'm blocked besides "vandalism". What did I vandalize? What was the exact reason for my block?
