Request reason:

I have been blocked for maintaining a page? I contacted wikipedia yesterday to report another user who had beend deleting page contact and biasing to effect a negative slant on Umbrella Companies. Instead you banned me? The page was marked for updating and required content and references so I contacted Contractors Umbrella Company (found on Google search) and requested to use some of their content. They agreed but stated the content and image were copyrighted and this should be sighted. I became very annoyed with the individual (Ip address:87.194.223.119) who continually deletes the content whenever someone attepts to add value to the page. I dont really ind if you block my IP but if you do you must remove all the content that I posted as it is only to be posted on the condition of reference. I will contact Contractors Umbrella Company and they can take any action necessary should they wish to do so. As food for thought, before banning please look at the history of how contributions are made. It is very clear that the other user simply deletes data to bias opinion. If my IP is to remain blocked, so should 87.194.223.119.

For info - http://www.contractorsumbrellacompany.com/hmrc.html is where the original content was taken from, hence the reference.

Decline reason:

This issue should have been dealt with at WP:ANI or WP:COI/N. Edit warring is against policy, period. I will delete the image. Since you said you don't mind if you're not unblocked, I will leave you blocked. — Daniel Case (talk) 14:42, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
