Dont go around calling people blind. Dont be so abusive. Or, alternatively, by all means DO be abusive but do not complain if others are abusive back. In case you prefer the latter option, here's a little abuse back: who are you calling blind you dumb arse? Looking at most of your edits you clearly dont know your arse from your face. Border Campaign

You are correct in saying there was no UK general election in 1956 however the events in Northern Ireland may have confused people. In the 1955 election 2 Sinn Féin candidates were elected - Phil Clarke in Fermanagh / South Tyrone and Thomas Mitchell in Mid Ulster. Being IRA prisoners they were debarred as "convicts" and the elections were held again in May of 1956. Coolavokig (talk) 06:56, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

I have blocked them under WP:3RR, technically they should have gone through 4 warnings (but they vandalised 5 times, in quick succession, so I feel justified in giving them a little time to think about their actions). I've come across this too, but my trail dead-ended at a David Reynolds article where he didn't give a source for the information. Tiverton 'edit' reversed

I have reversed your edit of the account of the Chartist Harney standing for Election in Tiverton. I am more than happy to see an addition or constructive editing of this, but yours was a blatant attempt to alter the meaning of the section by adding the term 'a large Chartist crowd' all contemporary reports show that the majority of the population of Tiverton were in full support of the Chartists, indeed Rowcliffe, the local Butcher who nominated Harney, was elected to the Town Council as a Chartist himself. Field Marshal Haig

You reverted an edit to Douglas Haig, 1st Earl Haig on 2 July 2009, citing (Revert. Winter has been shown by many historians, Correlli Barnett included, that he falsified documents to support his argument. He is an unreliable source.) It would be really useful if you could put some citations for this (including page numbers) on the talk page.
