Copyrighted images[edit]

Please don't add copyrighted images to Wikipedia entries, as you did to Melissa Dettwiller. You should only use images for which you are the copyright holder, or where the image is clearly in the public domain, or where using the image clearly falls under fair use. fbb_fan 02:04, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proper Wiki format and content issues[edit]

Would you please try to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia:Guide to layout and Wikipedia:Manual of Style. Your latest entry on Jelena Djordjevic required a lot of cleanup.

Regarding content - please try to stick to factual content - avoiding things like Jelena's "favorite bodyparts", for example. Also, please try to avoid nonsense contest like the following:

Jelena is also classed as a Female bodybuilder as she does build her body, and visits the gym regularly for a workout. It has been considered that anyone who does have a large amount of muscle on their body, and competes and works out regularly is a female bodybuilder.

At best, that's a very POV statement, and it doesn't tell readers anything of significance about the subject (Jelena). Since she competes in figure contests, I think it's a given that she "visits the gym regularly for a workout". fbb_fan 15:01, 20 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppets[edit]

Removing the sockpuppet tag doesn't "clean your record", if that's what you were attempting to do. The best way to "clean up your act" is to stop using the anon address to do things like support the page you created in the AfD discussion. fbb_fan 19:05, 20 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:JelenaAbbou.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:JelenaAbbou.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 13:05, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

Notability of Dara Trager[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Dara Trager, by SkierRMH (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Dara Trager seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Dara Trager, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Dara Trager itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 07:41, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Jelena2.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Jelena2.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 07:00, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
