Thank you Matthew for the feedback. This is my first wiki page so trying to understand the rules. Do you mean you need actual examples of "hou de kharcha" meme's or do you need article discussing about Hou De Kharcha meme?

Thanks for all. I think I can polish a lot more and give the reference - I found more English article to support how politician spend money and I m going to edit. Though Do you think this is worth publishing? Should i keep working on this? I would require couple of hours to do more research? I just want to know is it something you think will be approved.

Hello! :@Anupmehra: I'm guessing you are referring to this below particular section. But I have given how popular it has been - there has been article in Indian express and DNA India (Indian English newspaper) and multiple Marathi newspaper! It so famous a Marathi new movie is using for marketing. I'm not sure what else needs to be added?

Some neologisms can be in frequent use, and it may be possible to pull together many facts about a particular term and show evidence of its usage on the Internet or in larger society. To support an article about a particular term or concept we must cite what reliable secondary sources, such as books and papers, say about the term or concept, not books and papers that use the term. An editor's personal observations and research (e.g. finding blogs, books, and articles that use the term rather than are about the term) are insufficient to support articles on neologisms because this may require analysis and synthesis of primary source material to advance a position, which is explicitly prohibited by the original research policy.
