Non-free images may not be used to illustrate the subject of an article, so that precludes their use in the infobox. It's also not clear from the context of the article that Paul has had any commercial releases, so I don't see any place to put the cover further down in the article. If you can provide more clarification—here or on Talk:Jai Paul—of what release the cover is from, I can see about working it into the article.
