To be unblocked you need to follow the instructions above- but you cannot use Wikipedia to right all the wrongs of the world. We have articles that discuss many unsavory topics that could all be viewed as "glamourizing" the topic. You aren't blocked for making legal threats. You are blocked for not being here to build an encyclopedia. If persons you are investigating or have had convicted of crimes are harassing innocent people, you should take action on your end, not get articles deleted from Wikipedia. You've been told how you can report undisclosed paid editing(via email).
