WP:TRANSLATE (and more specifically WP:TFOLWP) contains the relevant guidelines. Basically you would create the page as new article, but for attribution purposes, you need to make sure you tag it with an edit summary and use the {{Translated page}} template on the talkpage. Hi Coralroot, for the infobox look at Template:Infobox scientist - you can start by copying the "Blank syntax" and adding sourced info, or deleting irrelevant parameters. For images they must be uploaded WP:UPIMAGE (copyright allowing). A logo can only be uploaded as Wikipedia:Non-free content but would not be applicable for an individual.
