Fighting vandalism with Twinkle

Hi! Instead of manually undoing multiple vandalism edits you can enable WP:TWINKLE (via Preferences --> Gadgets --> Browsing --> Twinkle) and then just press the "Rollback (VANDAL)" link which Twinkle adds to diff pages (like this one, although only on the most recent edit) and then *swoosh* they're all gone.
