Hi Cunamara, Thank you for joining the jazz guitarists article. The article needs many references, and it might be good to discuss whether we have the right names here. Are these the pillars of jazz history? Are some big players missing? Are some of the players too minor? Another thing that would be good would be some sources to justify the selection of players (e.g., "According to DownBeat reviewer Jane Smith, the most influential bebop guitarists were XXX, YYY, and ZZZ")............................ If you keep working on this article, you will note that one thing we have to do is watch for dubious additions...people put their favorite guitarist in, and write "John Doe, one of the most important jazz guitarists from the 1970s...etc", and then you look the guy up and he only recorded 1 album, and he is not well-known. Anyway, I hope you continue to work on this article, because I think that it has the potential to be a well-written article in a few months.OnBeyondZebrax (talk) 20:40, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
