Hi Cwilson23185. What the person was saying over at the help desk, that the City of Williamsburg owns the copyright of all the text at the website, and even if you are an employee, and they want you to post it on the Wikipedia, you can't. Our copyright rules are really strict. If if they say "we don't mind about using our copyrighted material", you can't. You have to write stuff in your own words.
