The Wikileaks cable dump is a collection of unedited opinions of some United States diplomats. It is not a reliable source for judgments like "Kenya derives little benefit from relations with China". If you want to make this statement in the article it should come from a neutral third-party source which has expressed such an opinion, and the body of the article should mention precisely which source it is. cab (call) 07:54, 15 December 2010 (UTC)
