If you are trying to make an article

...about someone called Yatinder Singh Dhankhar, you cannot do that just by copying another article and changing the name. Read WP:Your first article for advice. Understand that subjects for Wikipedia articles need to have WP:Notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Try using the WP:Article wizard to help you.
