Consolidating viatical settlement and life settlement

Hi! I was trying to help by doing some clean-up. I noticed that there were separate entries for viatical settlements and life settlements. The reality is that viatical settlements should be consolidated under life settlements. A viatical settlement is simply a life settlement where the life expectancy is under two years. Also, the term viatical settlement is archaic. Everyone refers to the sale of an existing life insurance policy to a third party as a life settlement.

As a result, I wanted to redirect viatical settlement back to life settlement. However, the bot prevented me from doing that.
