Greetings, Danbold, and welcome to Wikipedia! I'm glad to see you here - I hope you like the place here and decide to stay! I believe I may have talked to you before, but if I'm mistaken, which I very well may be, please correct me and I would love to give you the whole welcome spiel!
I'm glad to see that you figured out how to create a user page! On it, you express your dislike for red interwiki links, links which go to articles which have not yet been created. These are important to Wikipedia because it shows that there is a need for a page, and may inspire someone to create that very page. While I disagree with your interwiki link opinions, I respect them.

Editing someone else's user page
I would just like to let you know that it is generally rude to edit someone else's user page, except for minor and obvious spelling and grammar mistakes. User pages are for self-explanation, not for fact. They do not adhere to the NPOV policy. I feel like I have all infomation as I like it on my page, and I would greatly appreciate it if you would please stop editing it. I rarely, if ever, make spelling or grammar mistakes on my page, as I double- and triple- check it after I am done editing something. Vandalism Revert

- Wow, your page actually got vandalized. That actually hasn't happened to mine, unless you count, well, nevermind. If you go to this website and enter the IP of the vandal (67.53.72.74), you will be able to find some basic information about them, such as their location, which is in Virginia somewhere. You will also find information about their ISP, but it won't give you information about the actual person. Anyways, just thought you'd think that was interesting! License tagging for Image:Pop lawn.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Pop lawn.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Welcome to Esperanza!
Welcome, Danbold, to Esperanza! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.
Now that you are a member you should read the guide to what to do now or you may be interested in some of our programs. You can support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. We will send you newsletters to keep you up to date. Also, we have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow.
In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Proposals.
If you have any other questions, concerns, comments, or general ideas, Esperanzian or otherwise, know that you can always contact our administrator general Natalya by email or talk page. Consider introducing yourself at the Esperanza talk page!
