I undid your recent change because WP:MOSNUM states "The IEC standard prefixes kibi-, mebi-, gibi-, etc. (symbols Ki, Mi, Gi, etc.) are not familiar to most Wikipedia readers, so are generally not to be used...".Fnagaton 23:46, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

Dandorid, if you request an article to be reviewed then you should also address the issues pointed out. Specifically, you should address {{citation needed}} tags so the affected statements don't get deleted by other overzealous users. Please, fix the IPv6 packet as you requested for. Nageh, I am enjoying a holiday right now and will not contribute much to Wikipeda in the meantime. I will be fixing s when I return, but don't expect I will fix them all soon. Ok, I have fixed most tags by now. This shouldn't have been a big task for you since most referred to the main specification, RFC 2460. Anyway. There is one tag left, which refers to the statement that most link layer protocols cannot process packets larger than 65535 bytes. This is true in that most such protocols have MTUs only slightly larger than the Ethernet largest packet size, however, this needs a ref. Nageh (talk) 06:19, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Random observation: After seeing on my watchlist that you had commented on Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2021 December 9, I went to search that page for your username (as I prefer seeing some comments in context, rather than just the diff). My web browser could not find "Dandorid" anywhere on the page. The complexity of your signature—most likely the superscripts and subscripts—seems to be creating secondary issues. I'm willing to guess that screen readers can't handle it as a single word either—making it a bit of an accessibility issue. I know how much editors love their personalized signatures (present company included), but I thought I should at least let you know of the issue. — voidxor 15:14, 14 December 2021 (UTC)

Template:IPaddr

Your edit just now of Template:IPaddr has caused a number of Misnested tag with different rendering in HTML5 and HTML4 lint errors. Please revert or fix. —Anomalocaris (talk) 10:12, 27 January 2022 (UTC)

The template worked for almost all addresses, except the ones that start with a colon, like ::1. The {{lc:}} parser function inside {{IPaddr}} broke at this point and started generating <dl><dd></dd></dl> code. This gave rise to the errors; not on all pages {{IPaddr}} is used, but only on those that use it with addresses starting with a colon.
