To create an article, check out Wikipedia:Your first article for general guidance, and Help:Starting a new page for technical details. Most folks are prtty happy to help. By all means, feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page, User_talk:TeaDrinker, if I can help with anything, or if you run into any trouble. As far as being blocked, I didn't see a block on your account (by DakotaKhan or anyone else). Was there a specific error message you recieved? Were you refering to your current account User:DannMc06, or another? In general, blocked accounts are not able to post anywhere except their own talk page.
