Vely framework[edit]

Vely a general-purpose framework for rapid development of high-performance software, and it is especially well suited for web applications. It's Free Open Source (under the business-friendly Eclipse Public License 2 (EPL-2)).

The source code is on github. Vely was created by Sergio Mijatovic.

Vely works by generating C code from functional and declarative statements. Vely architecture is based on HTTP request/reply architecture across the board, even for command-line programs. A good number of examples is available from its example page.

According to Software Development Times, " is an application framework that is based on the C programming language, built for developing high performance apps without needing to be a C expert".

According to Linux Links, Vely is recommended among the Best Free C Web frameworks. Danwatkins1 (talk) 21:17, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
