C.ink (company) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, C.ink (company), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources (?), and needs to be written from a more neutral point of view and not promotionally. Information that can't be referenced should be removed, and articles need to be written neutrally (verifiability and neutral point of view are two of Wikipedia's 5 pillars). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on C.ink (company) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. – NJD-DE (talk) 19:48, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

How am i banned for advertising? I haven't even posted a description for my article thats abuse of ur admin.

Decline reason:

"C.ink values a positive customer experience with its unique selling point, which offers underpriced merchandise with a fair return policy in case you change your mind about your purchase for up to 3 months, and free shipping even on its cheapest products." Pretty clear violation there. The block is appropriate. Yamla (talk) 23:29, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello, I only wanted to write articles according to the wikipedia ToS so I assure you I am not a spammer thats far from the truth this must be a mistake on my end which i take full responsibility for. I would never advertise I am transparent about any conflict of interest regarding the C.ink (company) article so I disagree with that being a valid reason i should be ip banned from wikipedia. Since then in cooperation with the rules I have edited said errors (too biased, put CoI of article back into draft, and I removed any self research out of my article. After this was disapproved the first or second time This was just my draft as it was moved from article to draft by admin but i got a warning for what was sent to draft just letting you know for the record. My article was deleted before I even put a description and now admins are calling me out about my drafted talk page which isnt even the article I just posted. I'm not trying to say i didn't make any mistakes then turn around and say it was an admin but this was drafted and corrected and i still had a problem when I mean't to help this community and it was my third try not just to be profiled as spam/advertisement. I should not be banned for an internal error I noted and since corrected on my article before even getting a 3rd warning. I don't see how my drafted article is a violation or how i could get banned if i have a conflict of interest warning for this page on my profile and while this post was available even then I was given warnings for prior errors and have corrected them from the article C.ink (company), I have rewritten the article already to be unbiased as I was uninformed prior i hope to continue to make my articles come from a more equal point of view in the future writing for wikipedia thank you

Decline reason:

You are not "IP banned". Your account is blocked(which is different from a ban). As you seem intent on further promotional editing, there are no grounds to remove the block. If you want to edit in other, unrelated areas, please tell what those are. 331dot (talk) 12:00, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I converted this to a request; there was some weird coding problem. Daniel Case (talk) 09:48, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

- Error (from draft) C.ink values a positive customer experience with its unique selling point, which offers underpriced merchandise with a fair return policy in case you change your mind about your purchase for up to 3 months, and free shipping even on its cheapest products. (since removed from draft)

- Changes after Redrafted: (please let me know if my draft has corrected my mistakes or if not what can be fixed.) 1. Added CoI to C.ink (company) back on the articles draft, not just my profile. 2. Removed violation according to admin then Restarted article from a neutral point of view as I was told to be more like so by admin. 3. Wrote a more unbiased article after i was referred to as spammer/advertiser.

Request reason:

Hello I have a conflict of interest tag and I was still banned nonetheless. I find this worth an appeal please.Datcombodoe (talk)

Decline reason:

A conflict of interest disclosure is the bare minimum required to put you in compliance with our terms of use (and, depending on jurisdiction, potentially the law); it does not exempt you from our policies governing advertising and promotion. Those are what led to your block, and since this request fails to address that, I am declining it. --Blablubbs (talk) 13:58, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello I was blocked for breaching advertising and promotion policies. I apologize whether or not I knew having a conflict of interest on my talk page wasn't a valid excuse to post about my own content I am now fully aware it is unacceptable either way from now on.

Decline reason:

Your article was an unambiguous advertisement. If that's the only thing you're interested in writing, we're not going to unblock you. You'd have to give us a reason to unblock you. Not everyone is interested in volunteering their time to write encyclopedia articles for the world. That's fine. If you want to help write articles about mountain ranges in North America or the history of heavy metal music in Europe, let us know. If you just want to use this website as a free advertising platform, no, we're not going to unblock you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 19:59, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
