Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did to Emre Belözoğlu. The article reports that Fenerbahce have been given permission to talk to Emre, but until such time as the deal is done, the player is actually transferred and there are independent sources to verify that, he must stay listed as a Newcastle player.
