June 2008[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing, such as the edit you made to List of Celebrity Deathmatch episodes. If your vandalism continues, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is an article that has been frequently abused by adding false information, which it appears that your edits did. Please ensure that all edits are backed up by reliable sources, which are cited in the article as you make the changes. —C.Fred (talk) 22:45, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Stop vandalizing Robot Chicken's page. Seriously don't waste your time lying like that.

Speedy deletion of Rebecca Frasier[edit]

A tag has been placed on Rebecca Frasier requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Truthanado (talk) 01:46, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a speedy tag to the new article. By your own claim, she is best known for voicing a minor character in the show. If you can address the concerns of the speedy tag (namely, providing further evidence of notablity), don't hesitate to add the {{hangon}} tag to the page and explain things on Talk:Rebecca Frasier. Note that if reliable sources don't exist or are not independently verifiable to back up these claims, the article may eventually be deleted anyhow.--Drat (Talk) 11:46, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Animated Movie, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. C21Ktalk 13:00, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't recreate material deleted per policy. Thanks. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 02:41, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

November 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Boxing' Joe. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. I have nominated Boxing' Joe, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Boxing' Joe. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. MuffledThud (talk) 17:41, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Defender miz! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 944 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Doug Preis - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Rory Thost - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

November 2010[edit]

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to 2012 and beyond in film. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.-5- (talk) 08:46, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Hipster (film) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article states the plot is still in development. Fails WP:NFF

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi, I reverted Cirt's reverts of your edits to this article and the 2013 one. Thank you for your contributions, since those lists are far from being complete and we need input from anyone interested in the topic. However, to lessen the chances of future reversals and/or edit warring, it would be better to add references; you can simply copy them from the article about the artist or the album. (Personally, I do not see any need to add references if there is an article about that release; but since some users are more strict on this point, it may be better to satisfy them... And if there isn't an article about some future release, then some reference must be added.) YLSS (talk) 19:10, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
