Bare URLs

Hello there, I noticed you added bare urls as references to several articles. Please format them properly in the future as using bare urls triggers maintenance tags. The url should use a name and date tag as the bare minimum. Best regards. 2001:A61:10BC:201:9CB2:7E1F:965:3044 (talk) 10:36, 9 October 2022 (UTC)

Hi,
sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to from now on format the urls a bit instead of just pasting them.
Best regards,
Der HON (talk) 10:46, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
Maybe this helps:
  • <ref>{{cite news |title= |first= |last= |url= |newspaper= |date= |accessdate= }}</ref>
  • <ref>{{cite news |title= |language=Dutch|first= |last= |url= |trans-title= |newspaper= |date= |accessdate= }}</ref>
  • <ref>{{cite news |title= |language=Dutch|first= |last= |url= |trans-title= |newspaper= |date= |accessdate= }} {{Subscription required}}</ref>
  • Template:Cite journal
  • Template:Cite book
  • <ref>{{cite book |last= |first= |date= |title= |url= |location= |publisher= |isbn= |accessdate= }}</ref>
  • <ref>{{cite book |last= |first= |date= |title= |trans-title= |url= |language= |location= |publisher= |isbn= }}</ref>

Oh wow, that indeed looks like a good template. Thanks a bunch!
Der HON (talk) 11:51, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
Hmmm, I noticed that I included two templates for sources in Dutch, a language perhaps not very familiar to you. But you can replace the word "Dutch" by other non-English languages. The Banner talk 11:55, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
Yes I saw that, but knew it was changeable so no problem, still good to go. Thanks.

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
