Welcome!

Hello, Derrick1968, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for helping us build a great free encyclopedia. We have five basic principles, but other than that, we advise that you be bold and edit. If you ever have any questions or need help, feel free to leave a message at the help desk, and other Wikipedia editors will be happy to assist you.

Thanks again and congratulations on becoming a Wikipedian!

P.S. New discussion threads for you will appear at the bottom of this page.

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Dayton Unit NAACP, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: NAACP Dayton (OH) Branch. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 02:42, 18 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article was deleted as it was simply a copy of pages at [1]. However, I would recommend avoiding recreating this article unless you can show how the Dayton chapter of NAACP is notable, aside from being a local chapter of NAACP. When creating pages, don't copy text from other pages. LionMans Account (talk) 04:06, 23 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
