Your article is lacking sources from reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. Most of the sources are not indpendent of Barker, such as her own papers, a faculty listing, or an interview. In fact, reducing the number of sources would get your draft accepted faster - it will make the reviewer's job of determining notability much easier.
