Subdreamer[edit]

Just wanted to say thanks for your supportive comments on Talk:Subdreamer. I noticed that the admin who deleted the article is now AWOL (which is rather frustrating as it prevents me from resolving it with them directly). I'll be submitting a deletion review when I get a chance. I'll put a tag on the talk page when it's up. Thanks again! JamminBen 04:29, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The page is back - there's an explanation here: User_talk:JamminBen - hopefully it'll stay put this time! JamminBen 06:10, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

your edit to Louis Pasteur[edit]

What were you trying to do in your edit to Louis Pasteur? All you did was remove a legitimate interwiki link. Graham87 04:43, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption[edit]

I see you request adoption. please look at User:Kfc1864/Adoptee tasks, and see if I'm right for you! Please responds on talk page.K14 11:43, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I'll add the adopt userbox- like I said, please do the first task at adoptee tasks- it would be basic. If you think you memorised all, replie on talk pagew.K14 09:15, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Don't look at tyhe tasks- it's for editors one level lower. Instead, follow User:Animum/Adoptee's Noticeboard, and if that's finished, now i'll give assignments. I am not that active because I'm busy with work- but I have hours to view Wikipedia.K14 14:02, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Please bullet-point the answer, but otherwise allright.K14 07:21, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
On the Australian AfD, I think delete, and if you change your stancve, the AfD would be withdrawn- against consensus.`K14 07:33, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

helpme request[edit]

{{help}} Can someone help me install NPWatcher here [1]. Thank you! :) DigitalNinja 01:36, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for applying for NPWatcher! Unfortunately, your application has been declined because it seems that you don't have at least 500 edits. When you fulfill this requirement, feel free to re-apply.--Werdan7T @ 01:51, 15 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

I have blocked you for one week from editing Wikipedia for vandalism using sockpuppets. I gave some thought to the most appropriate response to your actions. I simply cannot condone the use of sockpuppets to vandalise the mainspace. That said, you are welcome to resume editing constructively once your block expires and I hope you will consider doing so. The offer on my talkpager remains - I am willing to discuss whatever grievances you have. Feel free to email me, or I will watchlist this page in case you wish to respond here. WjBscribe 04:30, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the offer. When I'm unblocked perhaps I'll write an essay in regards to a possible solution. I'm remorseful that I had to be blocked, however I hope you take my action of volunteering my username for block as a token of my faith in this matter. I greatly appreciate the time you've given and civil discussion. DigitalNinja 04:44, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've commented some more on the thread on my talkpage. And yes I do take your volunteering your username as a sign of good faith. I hope you realise that I have extended a measure of trust to you - my decision to block you temporarily rather than permanently may well come in for a certain amount of criticism. I did so in the hope and belief that tonight's incident was a one off. I would be really disappointed if I were proved wrong about that... WjBscribe 04:51, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I need to complain about the threats and inexplicable arch-hostile behaviour of user LUCPOL towards me at:

Obama article probation[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, Barack Obama, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Talk:Barack Obama/Article probation. Also note that the terms of some article probations extend to related articles and their associated talk pages.

The above is a templated message. Please accept it as a routine friendly notice, not as a claim that there is any problem with your edits. Thank you. -- Wikidemon (talk) 03:05, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disruption[edit]

Stop these disruptive edits, as you are doing on the Barack Obama article and talk pages. If you continue, an administrator may block or topic ban you to prevent further disruption to the encyclopedia.Wikidemon (talk) 03:19, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Digital Ninja, Let me know if you need any help reporting this guy and his cronies. TheGoodLocust (talk) 03:24, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm trying to piece this all together right now. It will take me a few moments to get it ready to present. This goes back pretty far... DigitalNinja 03:25, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

For the record, I'm glad you're taking this to AN/I instead of persisting in personal attacks on the talk page. See WP:TALK for guidelines on what does and does not belong on a talk page. See WP:CIVIL for policies on civility. --GoodDamon 03:39, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, AN/I is better than disrupting the article and talk pages. However, bad faith and bogus AN/I reports are not too cool either. It would be much simpler to honor a few basic rules - don't edit war, don't call other editors names and accuse them of things, try to read policies and guidelines that are pointed out to you, and don't harass editors on their own talk page. If you get those four things down things will go much smoother. Wikidemon (talk) 03:50, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Look, I know it's bogus, you know it's bogus... But if he pursues it, at least we might get a checkuser done, to put to rest the silly notion that two long-time editors who 1) know policy and 2) know how to check another user's contributions must somehow be the same person or coordinated. To be blunt, I'd rather have the AN/I done and over with if they're determined to go through with it.

To include in your report[edit]

First, wikidemon warns Grss about over-reverting, then wikidemon takes over reverting and finally Grss emails wikidemon. So why are they taking turns reverting someone's edits and apparently coordinating their efforts? It seems like an organized attempt to control certain articles.TheGoodLocust (talk) 03:49, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Listen, you two. Please lay off your bogus plotting to get back at the established editors by filing AN/I reports against them. You will just waste everyone's time, and I cannot imagine any administrative action would come of this. Your behavior on the Obama talk and article page was extremely disruptive. It should have been, and still should be, deleted off the page. You guys were correctly warned. If you wish to edit in the article probation-protected pages you are going to have to be civil and avoid edit wars. Now cut this out, both of you. Wikidemon (talk) 03:52, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
