Deletion[edit]

I received your email request regarding a deleted article, but I cannot find any indication of an article you created under this username that was deleted. What article are you referring to?

Also, to edit a talk page, use the same procedure as any other page: click "edit" on the top row of tabs. I also have my settings such that I also have a "+" tab to add a new section (check the "my preferences" link on the top right of your screen for that).
