Hi, please take a look at the new article on ICFAI that I am developing for making it at least a B Class article. Please give your feedback on the same. Also, if you have sourced material that ICFAI tripura, does not have DEC approval for MBA please provide the link or source of the material. If you could also provide the details of your consumer case against ICFAI, like Case No./Court/Judgement etc. that can also be incorporated under criticism of ICFAI. Thanks. Some facts

You have said that Icfai does not have DEC approval for Tripura and also asked if they have the approval, why do not they post it oon their site. My responses are -
1. See the website carefully, you will find that Icfai has DEC approval not only for Tripura but also for Dehradun. For the record, Icfai does not have any approval for Hyderabad.
2. I would request you to have a look at the Icfai, Tripura site. Under Admission policies, it is clearly written that they have DEC approval. See the link http://www.iutripura.edu.in/mba/AdmissionPolicies.asp, under the Legal Aspects, it is clearly stated.
3. Now do not go rambling about this course is not recognised by DEC and that course is. DEC website clearly states that it is for the recognised institutes to decide which course to offer on Distance Education Mode. See the link, http://www.dec.ac.in/infor_recogination.htm.

And do not come back with more unreferenced biased things. I have also searched the web for Court cases against Icfai, Consumer cases involving Icfai etc. But all I get is cases between CFA Institute and Icfai and some blogs and message board listings about students threatening to sue Icfai.
