Thanks for uploading File:Cebu Montage by Dmitri.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to the page File:Cebu Montage by Dmitri.jpg. Blank pages can confuse readers, and are overall not helpful to the Wikipedia project; furthermore, blanking a page is not the same as deleting it.

If the article you blanked is a duplicate of another article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate revision. Ok, the message says wrong. You not selected a tag that puts it under nonallowed restrictions such as "not free for commercial reuse", but you put it under a tag that clearly does not fit the restrictions it realy has at its source. This image licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License, NOT uner a Creative Commons Attribution license as you claimed. You can not grant others the permission to reuse it commerically while the source does forbid commercial reuse...! This file is not free and not allowed on Wikimedia projects. --Martin H. That image contains copyrighted images from another users - so You cannot claim that You took all the photos there and put it in Public Domain. I have deleted the image.
