Olavo de Carvalho‎ and that book

The link of the book you want to add references nothing directly on the text. It's just the link to a book, it doesn't reference anything, you don't indicate what pages the informations are, you are just using the link to promote the book. This violates WP:CITE and other rules. If you disagree with me, feel free to use the talk page and express your opinion, then wait for other users to weight in their opinions as well. As of right now, you are just posting a random link of a book to the article without referencing anything in the text and or pointing out what reference is that and where can we find it in the book and why it's relevant. The entire book is about the subject of the reference. That is why I haven't selected a single page, and that practice is common in written citation of many kinds. I will randomly choose one piece of the book simply to satisfy your criteria, but this feels like a gimmick. Domino228

It's not my criteria, it's Wikipedia's. According to the verifiability policy, Readers must be able to check that any of the information within Wikipedia articles is not just made up. This means all material must be attributable to reliable, published sources. Additionally, quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be supported by inline citations. Givem some random book and saying "here, it's a reference" it doesn't work. What is that referencing? Where can i find that information on the book so i can know that the info is true or correct? If you ever done any academic work, you'll see that's a common thing and not at all a demand of this or that user.
