Hello, I'm Zefr. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Nutrition, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Students should start first by reading the main sources already in the article to see what might be added for a clearer understanding, and to cite that source for any new content. Otherwise, any new content needs a rigorous source, such as a WP:MEDSCI review or position statement by a national professional organization, such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
