"expressly prohibited"[edit]

Can you explain what you meant in this edit by "expressly prohibited"? It's prohibited by whom? Cal Poly or Wikipedia? There's been some edit warring over "Cal Poly" versus "Cal Poly SLO" but no recent discussion on the talk page. I'd encourage you to do so. tedder (talk) 21:26, 26 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
