January 2014[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Socialism, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. TeaDrinker (talk) 01:40, 8 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Socialism, Ellaisyism[edit]

Wikipedia is not the place to publish your original research. Please see WP:OR. ... discospinster talk 01:52, 8 January 2014 (UTC) Can my theory work?[reply]

Wikipedia is really not equipped to debate the merits of your ideas. We merely report on what has been published in reliable sources and in proportion to the representation within those areas. Your best bet for legitimate criticism and critique of your ideas is to write them up formally and submit to an academic journal, to allow the ideas to face professional scrutiny. Not many on the project are professional researchers within the fields where we edit, so our critique would be rather amateurish anyway. --TeaDrinker (talk) 02:37, 8 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
