Thanks for your submission! I'm going to decline this for now as there is still little evidence that this person passes the notability guideline for academics. The tone used in this draft is also not very neutral, with congratulatory language like "consistently receives high praise and sells out tickets well before performances, underlining the positive impact of his leadership", which is not acceptable on Wikipedia. Also, if you have any kind of personal of professional affiliation with the subject of the article, please make sure you're declaring that and following the recommendations laid out in the conflict of interest guideline.
