Bacterial, viruses, human's symbiotic microbials; all of these are concerning to human and animal life ie: banificial activities and harmful also. The microbial proteins are sequence of dextro forms of amino acids, while the human and animal proteins are seqence of levo forms of amino acids,it is still clearly mentioned in bio chemistry litrature. I pointed out that Enzyme required for interconverting the levo- amino acids to dextro-amino acids and vice versa. This Isomerase enzyme play a role in genesis of physiological abnormalties due to it's altered activities. The such enzyme inhibitor and activator could become a factor for it's medicinal values...... Calcium transport is respond by specific protein available in plasma it's deficiencies could be occured in individual persons. The deficiencies cases of the calcium transferin cause blockade Calcium metabolic abnormalties mostly in old ages.[edit]

Calcium Transferin is important in metabolic role to regulate calcium nutrition and other it's utility. Dr. Dinesh kumar pandey (talk) 16:58, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Oxidative stress in rapidly growing cancer cells is important to cure and relieve the cancer patients, because the faster growing cancer cells are highly risk to undergo lipid peroxidation of their faster growing mitochondrial membrane,so it has hyper need to anti oxidents to protect the membrane from destructive peroxidation due to higher metabolism product as free redical oxigen It is when we observe the compairism with normally growing cells.[edit]

It is therefore, the role of "oxidative stress to chack the faster growing lipid membrane of mitochondria in cancer cells" becomes cleared without harmful effecting the normal cells. Dr. Dinesh kumar pandey (talk) 17:06, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

== DNA is mentioneed in two part one is tamplating proportion of m-RNA for the further synthesis of it's owen kind of proteins;while other strand is it's complementary;so it is antiparallel in a matter of purine and pyrimidine bases. Observing the resistant and suseptible type of two different receptor proteins on host helper-T4 cells for HIV type 1 . it was published by me on dated 21/3/2003 on http//www.h2g2.com/entry/A1004941 and also submitted abstract for poster presentation on DNA topical conference ...AVS symposium 2005 abstract was considered for presentation,as well as same abstract was published in india in daily hindi news paper. It was entitled "The Role of tamplate DNA shift in clinical theory of AIDS and medical philosphy. Etiological genesis of the altered receptor findings was experimented through PCR ground and antibodies specific test then it was concluded that such occrance is due to availability of an enzyme ie: Helix reverting during the seperation of interwind antiparallel duplex of DNA strands in human, animal and other chordates,it was pustulated this enzyme cause anti parellel strand to parellel in a matter if pyrimidine in one chain and pyrimidine in other chain Or purine in one chain and purine in it's other chain. Since the replacement of varient purine or pyrimidine could occurs during seperation (melting) of DNA and it could altered the status of encoding triplets for m-RNA and the effects are further transfered to to altered the protein synthesis which causes ultimately the genesis of a new patternity of varient receptor. It was noted the perpose of in research study for confirming the specific susptible and resistant cells,as well as it was confirmed different receptor needed for HIV 1 and and different receptor needed for other lymphotropic viruses. Tamplate DNA shift hypothesis; It was also tested by addition of radio active mthionine and tryphtophan to nutrition medium of cultured cells and there it was noted the synthesis of two different proteins in next generation when radio active effects was found to show two different bands in radio active detector. Results Concluded there is Helix reverting enzyme to cause seperation of interwined antiparellel strands of DNA,it provide repulsive force to enlargement of space between two antiparellel strands as well as it is in all chordates that is enzyme responding to genesis of multiple types of genes apearnce growths and it is to explain how a small genome multiply and becomes capable to synthesize vast number of genes to encode specific antibodie against large number of varing antigens. Finally Helix reversion enzyme causing a shift of templating DNA strand to serve as new one strand for m-RNA,while the rest other remains the same and then both of them complementary strands get to hybridized with it's antilarellel reacements of each strands to make complete DNA. ==

Helix reverting Enzyme adding the genesis of one new patterned strand for encodingm-mRNA so further it synthesize new protein and this system cause synthesus of antibodies to vast number of antigens, altered receptor on host cells in chordates......Author Dr. Dinesh kumar pandey 54/63,gangaganj,prayagraj,India Dr. Dinesh kumar pandey (talk) 17:45, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This is your user talk page[edit]

This is your user talk page, which is meant for communication with you, and not a place to draft an article. You can do that in your personal Sandbox(if you are using a computer, you should see the word 'sandbox' in the upper right corner of the screen); but successfully creating a new Wikipedia article is the most difficult task on Wikipedia. Diving right in to creating an article usually results in disappointment and hurt feelings as something you worked hours on is mercilessly edited and deleted by others. I don't want you to have bad feelings, so I would suggest that before attempting to create an article, you first edit existing articles in areas that interest you so you can get a feel for how Wikipedia works and what is being looked for in article content. It would also be a good idea for you to use the new user tutorial to learn more about how Wikipedia works.

If you still want to attempt to create an article, you should first read Your First Article, then use Articles for Creation to create and submit a draft for a review before it is formally placed in the encyclopedia, so you get feedback beforehand. 331dot (talk) 17:26, 5 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Calcium contained with Methionine structure.[edit]

Methionine is an amino acid,it is required for protein synthesis so it is essential nutrient's supliment for life; and it was cleared by present litrature. Having done some considerable research work If analyses the methionine, I found it methionine contains  : methionine-SH-Calcium It is important for treatment of general weakness followings in all type of chronic and acute cases of diseases linking to mitochondrial functional decay.
