Amount of detail[edit]

The easiest way to determine what level of detail is appropriate in a Wikipedia article is to look at what reliable sources say. If they discuss what clothes a fictional character wears, or what common tools he keeps in his pockets, that might be appropriate to include in Wikipedia.
