I seriously can't think of any vandalism which I have done which would constitute 'constant vandalism'. When I started on wikipedia, I did vandalise one article, but I was warned and I stopped, I've done no vandalism since.--E2e (talk) 14:29, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

The account is probably blocked due to the IP blocks that I performed this morning. These blocks were on two IPs and are temporary, but were done due to the person posting from this IP being engaged in constant vandalism, personal attacks and massive sockpuppetry. WikiAfrica is pleased to invite you as a self-declared African Wikipedian to evaluate the Africa Incubator. WikiAfrica has created the Africa Incubator to support and assist new authors, as they create their first articles and learn the ins and outs of contributing to Wikipedia.

One in Cape Town at WikiAfrica, at the Africa Centre; and the other for WikiAfrica Cameroon in Douala, at doual’art.
