The Wikiproject NFL Award
I, Giants27 (c|s), hereby award Eagles247
the WikiProject NFL Award for his/her valued contributions to WikiProject NFL.
Award awarded 02:34, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
Wow, thanks for this. It really means a lot to me, especially since its my first. To show my gratitude, I helped clean up some New York Giants pages (Domenik Hixon, Steve Smith, Mario Manningham, Fred Robbins, Sinorice Moss and David Tyree). Thanks again, Eagles24/7 05:26, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
Haha, no problem its well deserved.--Giants27 (c|s) 12:27, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Bruschi

I undid your infobox change to Tedy Bruschi because with the changes to Template:Infobox NFLactive it is now able to be used for retired players (just remove the currentteam and currentnumber fields). If your bored you can help me change some NFLretired ones to NFLactive.--Giants27 (c|s) 17:56, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Sounds good. Eagles24/7 18:00, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
Actually, I have a question. Is there a list of retired players that need to be changed? I just looked at List of retired professional American football players, but that list is gigantic. Eagles24/7 18:04, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
This should help as it lists all the players that have the NFLretired infobox transcluded.--Giants27 (c|s) 18:18, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
That's great. I'll get on that soon. Eagles24/7 18:29, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

You want some help with those Cardinals player pages? Haha.--Giants27 (c|s) 21:51, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Yes please. =) Eagles24/7 21:53, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Template:Philadelphia Eagles roster

Hi, I was wondering why you removed Kyle Eckel & Marcus Mailei from the roster template? Regards, RaseaC (talk) 22:22, 5 September 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, I don't suppose there's a source for it?? RaseaC (talk) 22:33, 5 September 2009 (UTC)

Rob Myers

Hi. I've nominated Rob Myers, an article you worked on, for consideration to appear on the Main Page as part of Wikipedia:Did you know. You can see the hook for the article here, where you can improve it if you see fit. Giants27 (c|s) 19:51, 8 September 2009 (UTC) Thanks, Giants27 (c|s) 19:51, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

Jim Finks

Re this edit[1]: Finks' greatest post-player accomplishments were as an executive, not as coach. The old infobox showed this, the new one doesn't. I am completely non-adept with infobox manipulation; can the new one be adapted appropriately? Thanks very much.--Arxiloxos (talk) 00:54, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

Upon request from Eagles247 on my talk page I've responded by adding the field, |pastadmin=, so info like this can be appropiately included.--Giants27 (c|s) 01:27, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
Thank you, both. Best,--Arxiloxos (talk) 01:45, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

DYK for Rob Myers

Updated DYK query On September 15, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Rob Myers, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Navbox

Just a quick question are you going to do the Raiders and Bears navbox too since Draft fan22 messed up? Or should I do it so that there won't be edit conflicts. Ositadinma (talk) 00:22, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

I know that but that is Draft fan22 version; I am putting Chris' version which does not have all of the groups. Also when you are done with your sandbox remove the category called (Category:National Football League roster templates) at the bottom of your sandbox because it will categorize your sandbox with the NFL templates. Ositadinma (talk) 01:18, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
Another quick question. Should the groupstyle background on the Raiders navbox be black or silver. You now the big boxes on the left hand side that say Active roster and so on. Ositadinma (talk) 01:31, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
Are you refering to the background or font color, because right now I have silver as the background to both the left and top of the navbox and black as the font color. Ositadinma (talk) 01:35, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
Check my sandbox. I think that is the color combo you want. Ositadinma (talk) 01:42, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
Where do you see purple? I see no purple on the sides. Ositadinma (talk) 01:49, 18 September 2009 (UTC)

Year templates

Just a heads up, there's year templates (like the NFL Year one) for CFL and AFL players too so for guys like Tommy Maddox you can you use {{AFL Year|2006}}.--Giants27(c|s) 18:57, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Your rollback request

Hello Eagles247, I have granted rollback rights to your account in accordance with your request. Please be aware that rollback should be used to revert vandalism/spam/blatantly unconstructive edits, and that using it to revert anything else (by revert-warring or reverting edits you disagree with) can lead to it being removed from your account...sometimes without any warning, depending on the admin. For practice, you may wish to see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback. Good luck. Acalamari 19:26, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

Jerraud Powers

His article wasn't even close to Chris Reis' in January.--Giants27(c|s) 19:14, 30 September 2009 (UTC)

Wow, I still think Powers's was worse because the editor kept spelling his name as "Power's". Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:16, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
Oh man that and the 2nd infobox, makes this a close race. But considering the infobox Reis had was redirected like two years ago, makes it worse IMO.--Giants27(c|s) 19:19, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
Yea, haha. Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:22, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
