Ealdgyth, you have an interesting framework to analyze candidates although my own criteria differs from yours...but reading your evaluation helps me see different sides to the candidate. I note you highlight my department of fun edits. In my first few years here I was rather addicted to the word association games, which often lead to the creation or improvement of articles needed for them. OK, I started reading the list, from the top, scrolling down, and got to Timtrent, but I had to stop and leave a note here because it's SO EXCITING! I don't know why but I'm totally giddy--will Ealdgyth think I'm OK? Wait, what if she doesn't like me? I've been trying to rack up some article edits the last few days!
