Wikipedia is "selective" - it is not an indiscriminate collection of information. Articles must conform to several standards - please see this. It is specifically not a resource for promotion or advertising. Articles must meet certain criteria, especially those of not espousing a point of view, and being verifiable. If websites have articles the website must be notable in some way (Wikipedia is not a directory. Short articles promoting a website are likely to be deleted on sight. Please note also, since you mention "uploading", that according to Wikipedia's copyright rules articles simply copied from other websites cannot be accepted either.
