Hello, I appreciate what you did with Gowers' biography but some of your work may be out of compliance with Wikipedia guidelines. A rule on Wikipedia is that no one does original research about what is important and citing self-published work to establish a biography is generally discouraged. Wikipedia, like any encyclopedia, is supposed to reflect other publications and not be an originator of research. It would be better to cite an external biography of Gowers than to try to compile it here. Thanks for trying and if you need help then message me.
