Hello @Arthistorian1977:, thank you for reaching out,
I would wan to know the reasons of deletion, and maybe you could advice on how this article could be better rather than deleting. Also Hisham has been appearing in different newspapers in Tanzania and media companies since, he was elected to be Vodacom CEO last year. And also on my side I've been training local Wikimedia User group in writing articles in Swahili, I understand the rules and way of writing, only maybe if the reason is being English, you may please advice better way to make this page active and for the future pages that I'm planning to write about, your guidelines and inputs will help
