A tag has been placed on R Lang & Associates requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of R Lang & Associates[edit]

Hello Eli blu,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged R Lang & Associates for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Sayed Mohammad Faiz Haidertcs 15:53, 20 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

R Lang & Associates (Rewrite)[edit]

This article was once tagged by 'Faizhaider' followed by a deletion from 'Mojo Hand'. A discussion was posted to both Talk pages, which will also be repeated here.

This article has been rewritten to address the criticism “does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the subject”, please consider the following:

R Lang & Associates is a D&B company (approved by Dun & Bradstreet) and also a member of the U.S. Small Business Administration. The company has been making significant progress in vision therapy (optometry), a practice that was only first attempted during the time of William Bates of the 1900s. Since this involves patented trade information of the company, it cannot be disclosed in detail. The external website (www.rlassoc.net) gives indication of the type of medical practice involved - and for the Wikipedia article it is stated as “neuroscience related to vision”

In sport medicine, the company has reinvented the heart rate monitor for all sports which will also include the sport of swimming. Again, the external website gives indication of this achievement in a philosophical treatment discussing the basics of Radio (Space and Aviation > Space Technology > Radio), but likewise, it cannot disclose its patented trade information. In the Wikipedia article, it is stated as “developed its medical division in the interests of sport medicine ..”

The author has decided to convey a brief, concise, but accurate account of a small innovative company and contends that the external website (www.rlassoc.net) provides any remaining details that the reader may query, including those querying legal backing of the company (see Homepage > SBLF (Small Business Legal Forum)).

I have rewritten the article to hopefully comply with those requests. Eli blu (talk) 02:48, 22 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

R Lang & Associates (Comments to SwisterTwister)[edit]

Due to time elapsed, critique lacks credibility.

Otherwise, the reasons directly contradict what has been established. All references indicate the subjects notability, and are verifiable.

The comment, "Deleted before as both advertising and no significance" does not provide reason nor basis for declining the present article (mimicking someone elses action in the past).

Talk page for reviewer 'SwisterTwister' shows RETIRED ("This user is no longer active on Wikipedia"). So, what is this reviewer's credibility ?

Reviewer lacks credentials. Article resubmitted as is. Eli blu (talk) 16:10, 25 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
