Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Elisa C. Most of the sources you want to add are problematic as they not reliable secondary sources according to WP:RS, I will add the few relevant and valid sources in the next days. As long as you apparently care about the article, I suggest you stay away from it until you have more confidence with en.wikipedia rules (which for the record are way different, and stricter, than Italian Wikipedia's).
